New Letters from El Diablo- Letter 1

For the past few days I have posted letters from last year that a mission team intercepted from El Diablo to a demon named Lucifrito... Somehow, we started intercepting letters to a new demon named Demonito regarding our very own Mission Team! They are trying to attack us, and don't want our trip to succeed in just 10 days!!! Read along and pray for our mission team against these attacks, and anything else the devil can throw at us.

Dear Demonito-

As you may have heard, last year I had to get rid of Lucifrito for failing me in defeating a team from the enemy's camp in the US that traveled to northern Mexico. This was just one of the many teams we attacked, but they got too far by getting into Mexico in the first place. We have had great success in attacking these teams while they are still in the comfort of their own homes, and getting them to delay or even cancel their plans of coming to Mexico. This should be your first strategy. Remind them of the danger of traveling to the non-vacation destinations in Mexico.

Your assignment, which you have no choice but to accept, will be to stop a mission team from Arvada, CO from an enemy encampment called "Faith Bible Chapel." I have selected you for this mission because you have had success on a few high stake assignments. This team is particularly dangerous. This will be the 3rd time they have ventured into Nuevo Laredo, and have gotten the victory over us in previous years. We weren't worried about this team the first year, as they only had 10 measly creatures, but they saw many souls brought into the enemy camp. The second year, we tried our best to stop them from ever getting to Mexico by attacking the church directly. Only one day before they were supposed to leave, they found out their head campus pastor was fired. While our team may not have had anything to do with this, we tried to use the circumstance to cause confusion, dissension, and get each member to cancel their plans to Mexico- BUT NOT ONE OF THEM DID! 16 people traveled with them last year and we saw even greater casualties! I do believe that this distraction did keep them from accomplishing all they could though. This year they have 19 people, with 5 veterans that have caused many casualties in the past.

The problem now is that the members of their team, including their ridiculous excuse for a leader- are believing they can get through anything after last year! We must turn this against him immediately and use a weapon that has worked against him in the past- PRIDE. We must have him believing that HE is in fact the reason for the previous teams' successes. This will hinder the power of the Enemy to work through him. If possible, try to weaken team relationships as well. If we can get the people to doubt those they are fighting next to, they will be unable to defend themselves from our attacks if they do in fact make it past the border.
