Dear Demonito-
It appears that you were unable to find the weak link in the armor of the mission trip team. I am disappointed to say the least. We must prepare for the inevitable arrival of the team next week.
Let's discuss the team dynamics a bit: Let's start with the 4 kids under age 18. We want to focus on sidelining these 4, as feeling like "just a kid." This strategy did not work last year, as the two kids were praying with boldness and child-like faith for healings and salvations, and the Enemy answered their prayers. We must make the kids this year feel inadequate, or possibly rile them up with Mexican candy to make it a nightmare for those that are helping to keep an eye on them, which will only become a distraction for all.
You have done a good job with their leader, loading his schedule so full, he should be feeling the weight of it all right about now. If we can continue to convince him he is strong and capable of doing these things on his own, that will help greatly. He should buckle any day now.
Next we have the "seasoned" members of the team. We need to make these members feel they are unable to keep up with the rest. It is too hot. They are too old. Have them continue to doubt their choice to come on this trip as much as possible. If we can't do this, the results could be disastrous for our Mexican territory. We specialize in inducing fear, but these members of the group are causing a bead of sweat to form every time I think on them, which is odd considering the heat that I am used to here.
Next we have the infernal millennials. Although I am always concerned about experiences that can change people's lives, goals, and aspirations to align more with the enemy, I have a terrible suspicion that the enemy is planning something in the lives of one, or many of these individuals. Try to keep these people focused on their careers, constantly thinking about work back home, or possibly distract them with thoughts of those they left back home to come on this trip. Keep them focused on striving for the things of this world, as this is an attack they are typically susceptible to, where the "seasoned" players here have become less easily influenced with this technique.
This last tip goes for all of them- if these wretched creatures experience any happiness after their long days of ministry, encourage this happiness to lead to singing in the shower, ingesting some of the water that could cause a rather disruptive case of "Montezuma's Revenge." This can definitely be a useful distraction.
With deep concern-
El Diablo
