Mission and Outreach Meeting- August 26th

To anyone who came out August 12 and heard the testimonies of the El Salvador 12, THANKS SO MUCH FOR SUPPORTING US. If you are here and wanting to get involved in Mission and Outreach in our community, in our church, or even on a global level, then we would love to have a meeting to sit down and talk to you about the team, upcoming events, hear YOUR ideas, and just fellowship with a group of like minded people!

Some thing we want to get started on right away include:

• New to the Neighborhood Welcome Baskets- basket full of small treats, maybe a candle, some info about our church and the things we have to offer, and whatever else we think of! 

• Trunk or Treat is where we invite people to our church parking lot, probably the weekend before Halloween, and pass out candy from the back of our decorated cars to neighborhood kids, hopefully sharing the gospel and just showing them some love in the process! Depending on our volunteer interest, I would love to expand this somehow!

I would like to have a meeting on August 26th to discuss all of this. The meeting will be after church AND/OR later in the evening at 6:30-8pm at our house. We would love for you to RSVP, either to Jeremy@carrstmission.com or text/call me at 719-251-8696 to let me know which meeting time would work! If we get a ton of people for both, we can have two meetings, if only a handful of us can make it, we might shrink it down to one or the other!
